All meetings and public hearings are open to the public and are accessible to persons with disabilities. TSCC Lunch and Learn

Agenda: A Commissioner work session to learn more about TIF districts and financing. Guest presenter Tony Barnes of Prosper Portland.

This work session is open to the public to attend but no public comment will be taken and no TSCC business or actions will be considered by the Commissioners.

Public Hearings on District Ballot Measures for Tax Levies

TSCC will hold public hearings with the governing bodies for all districts with a property tax measure on the ballot. Public comment is welcome at these hearings, and the public is encouraged to attend to learn more about the proposed measures. The public can sign up for public comment either with the district or with TSCC, whichever they prefer:

Sign Up with Districts: Please check meeting details on the district websites for instructions on offering public comment – methods may vary by district.

Sign up with TSCC: If you would like to submit written public comment to the TSCC prior to the hearing, you may email the comment at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. You can also sign up for verbal public comment with TSCC directly, in advance or at the hearing on a sign in sheet. Please call or email us if you have questions on attending the hearings or making public comment.
