Schedule of Meetings and Public Hearings
All meetings and public hearings are open to the public and are accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. Business Meetings
During the spring, TSCC business meetings are focused on reviewing and preparing budget certifications. Agendas and meeting times are the same for all of the following business meeting dates.

Meeting locations: All business meetings will be held online. Please email or call TSCC at least one hour prior to the meeting in order to receive the zoom link.

Public Hearings on District Ballot Measures for Tax Levies
TSCC will hold public hearings with the governing bodies for all districts with a property tax measure on the ballot. Public comment is welcome at these hearings, and the public is encouraged to attend to learn more about the proposed measures. Please check meeting details on the district websites for instructions on offering public comment – methods may vary by district. If you would like to submit written public comment to the TSCC prior to the hearing, you may email the comment at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. Please call or email us if you have questions on attending the hearings or making public comment.
